Policies
General
- Ladies only (16 years and over).
- The postcode entered during booking must match the location you would like me to attend. If it differs, your appointment may be declined and your deposit forfeited.
- Any disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will result in treatment being stopped immediately with no refund of your deposit.
Payment Information
- A 30 % deposit is required to secure your booking.
- You will receive a secure Zettle payment link by email within 24 hours of booking. Please pay the deposit within 24 hours of receiving the link to confirm your appointment.
- The deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- The remaining balance is due at your appointment (card or cash). Payment links are for deposits only.
Rescheduling & Cancelling
- Appointments can be rescheduled once only.
- There is a 15-minute grace period. After this, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and rescheduled.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
Booking Guidelines
- No guests. Please keep pets and children in a separate room to avoid spillages or damage.
- Do not book if you have any of the following on the nails, fingers, hands (and arms/elbows for manicures):
- Cuts, abrasions, open sores or broken skin
- Numbness
- Bruising or swelling
- Separation of the nail plate from the nail bed
- Scar tissue from recent injuries or surgery
- Extremely weak nails
- Broken bones
- Contagious conditions such as impetigo, scabies, chickenpox or mumps (anywhere on the body)
Infills & Soak Offs
- Infills are available within 2–3 weeks of the original application, depending on nail growth.
- If your nails are excessively grown out, chipping or lifting, they must be soaked off and reapplied.
- Infills will be carried out a maximum of twice before removal and reapplication, allowing natural nail health to be assessed.
- Infills and soak-offs are provided only for products applied by Simmery Nails.
Health Conditions
Please inform me of any health conditions before booking. Your chosen treatment may not be suitable, and an alternative will be recommended. Your health is my top priority.
