Professional Nail Services - Booking Terms & Conditions
Ladies only (18+ years)
The address you provide when booking must be where you wish for me to attend, otherwise your appointment may not be attended and you could lose your deposit.
Any disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will result in treatments being abandoned/cancelled.
Payment Information
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- An izettle/Zettle by PayPal payment link will be sent via email within 24 hours of you booking your slot
- The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the link being sent to secure your appointment
- The deposit is non-refundable unless your appointment is cancelled/rescheduled at least 48 hours beforehand
- The remaining cost is to be paid at the appointment
- Please have your card or cash present as payment links are for deposits only
Rescheduling/Cancelling
- Appointments can only be rescheduled once
- 10 minute grace period before the appointment is rescheduled
- 48 hours notice required
Booking Guidelines
No guests. Please keep pets and children in a separate room to avoid spillages/damage to property.
Health & Safety Requirements
Please do not book if you have any of the following in/on/around the nails, fingers, hands (and arms/elbows if booking a manicure):
You will lose your deposit (unless cancelled at least 48 hours before your appointment) and the treatment will not go ahead:
- Cuts, abrasions, open sores, or broken skin
- Numbness
- Bruising or swelling
- Separation of the nail plate from the nail bed
- Scar tissue from recent injuries or surgeries
- Extremely weak nails
- Broken bones
- Conditions like impetigo, scabies, chickenpox, or mumps (anywhere on the body)
Soak Offs
- Soak Offs will only be carried out if the product was applied by Simmery Nails
Health Conditions
Please contact me if you have any health conditions prior to booking. Your desired treatment may not be suitable and an alternative can be offered. Your health is of utmost importance.
